EXPERIENCE DAKLAK: LAK LAKE AND BAN DON IN STYLE

Duration: 03 days/02 nights tour

Tour program:

Day 1: AIRPORT – BUON MA THUOT – DRAYSAP WATERFALL (L,D)

*Guide of CHD TRAVEL picks up guests at Buon Ma Thuot airport around 08h00’ and depart to visit city tour:

-       Daklak Museum with Ethnography, bio-diversification and history.

-       Kien Cuong civet coffee: civet raising and coffee farm.

*Lunch and check-in at hotel.

*Depart to Draysap waterfall. Away 30km from Buon Ma Thuot City, Draysap as E-de language means the Misty waterfall. The misty is by the its water falls from about 30m height, 100m length creating an amazing veil of mist. 

-       Guests will have nice pictures of mushroom and long houses-on-stilts.

-       Learn about the flora in the forest along the way to the waterfall.

-       Visit impressive waterfall of Draysap.

-       Walk along the path leading up to the fresh stream where guests can have swim.

*Return to Buon Ma Thuot, on the way drop into coffee plantations and pepper gardens.

*Visit the local village AkoDhong of the E-de.

*Dinner at local restaurant.

*Overnight at hotel in Buon Ma Thuot city.

Day 2: BUON MA THUOT – BAN DON (B,L,D)

*Breakfast at hotel.

*Visit Trung Nguyen coffee village with the coffee museum displayed from many international coffee producers.

*Depart to Ban Don, 40km in the west of Buon Ma Thuot where had been very famous for elephant hunting and domesticating by Indochine.

*Visit Trobuh botanic garden to see: biggest dugout canoe, wild orchids collections, lithophone…

*Visit Jang Lanh village of the M’Nong - Laos and cemetary.

*On arrival to Ban Don and have lunch.

-       Visit the bamboo suspension bridge over 250m length on the Srepok river.

-       Ancient house of the Laos about 120 years-olds.

*Back to Buon Ma Thuot, on the way drop into coffee plantations and pepper gardens.

*Visit Khai Doan Pagoda.

*Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Buon Ma Thuot.

Day 3: BUON MA THUOT – LAK LAKE - AIRPORT (B,L)

*Breakfast at hotel and check-out.

*Visit the village Akodhong of the E-de.

*Depart to Lak Lake,on the way to climb up the biggest elephant rock.

*Walk around the village to join in the local people’s lifestyles and hear about their traditions and cultures…. 

*Elephant riding and dug-out canoe trip on the lake to get such amazing experiences.

*Have lunch at Lak lake restaurant with some local specialities.

*Visit and have photo Bao Dai house on the top hill.

*Gong music show with rice wine drinking with the M’Nong people at Le village.

*Back to Buon Ma Thuot, on the way stop to see the coffee and pepper gardens.

*Transfer to Buon Ma Thuot airport and end the tour.

Tour price(Please choose the group size and hotel categories):

*Tour price includes:

  Transport, English/French speaking guide, 02-night hotel with breakfast, 03 lunchs & 02 dinners, gong music show, elephant ride and dug-out canoe trip in Lak Lake, entrance fees, insurance and 02 bottles of water per day.

*Tour price excludes:

   Air ticket, drinks at meals, other personal expenses not mentioned in the tour program.

CHILD POLICY
Children under 12 years is generally granted a reduction up to 20% of the land tour, 10% of airfare, provided that they are accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is fully charged as adult. 

HOTEL CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

*Check-in time is 14:00. Any early check-in request will be considered subject to room availability of the hotel and room surcharge for the request will be applied as below:

• From 07:00 to prior to 14:00: charge 50% of room rate.
• Prior to 07:00: charge 100% of room rate.

*Check-out time  is 12:00. Any late check-out request will be considered subject to room availability of the hotel and  room surcharge for the request will be applied as below:

• From 12:00 to prior to 18:00: charge 50% of room rate.
• Prior to 18:00: charge 100% of room rate.

CANCELLATION  & REFUNDS
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to Vietnam; however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.
In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to CHD Travel (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

• More than 30 days prior to trip departure. No charge; however 10% of the tour price for deposit is non-refundable. The rest of 20% of the deposit will be refunded – Cancellation received up to 16 to 30 days before departure: 35% refund of all monies paid excluding penalties if applicable charged by hotels, airlines and rail. All penalties will be itemized.
• Cancellation received from 7 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the tour price + penalties charged by hotels, airlines and rail if applicable. All penalties will be itemized.
• Cancellation received from 3 to 6 days before departure: 75% of the tour price.
• Cancellation received from 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the tour price
• No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price full
  After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE PAYMENTS: 
A deposit which is equal to 50% of the total tour cost joining tour is required at the time of booking, whichever greater (non – refundable). The full or final payment is required 02 days before departure for your Tour to Vietnam’s Central Highlands. If final payments are not received on time, CHD Travel may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.

For large payments we recommend Bank Transfers as the most secure transactions with the lowest fees. All bank transfers should be made to our bank account, details as follows:

Or Cash payments: 
Cash payments can be made for the final payment directly to CHD Travel via our company tour guide or sales staff. This is the best way to avoid any service fees charged by Western Union or Banks. Please contact us for details on when final payments in CASH are accepted on site. 

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS 
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service CHD Travel has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.

In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. CHD Travel will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

CHD Travel will act as an intermediary between the clients and other services suppliers such as air, train, boat, and hotels in the event of any complaint. 

 ITINERARIES 
Accommodations (hotel or vessel) and pre-arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond CHD Travel’s control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned.
